R.A.D. Self Defense

GPD offers free women's only basic self-defense classes.
The Gainesville Police Department will be hosting the next RAD class on Monday September 28th, Tuesday September 29th, and Wednesday September 30th from 6pm-10pm in the Hall of Heros (545 NW 8th Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32601). The class will contain a lecture, physical skills, and simulations. Reserve a spot in the class by emailing me. Class size is limited to 25 students. I am happy to announce that the Gainesville Police Department will be hosting another RAD Class! The dates and times are listed above. The class is a total of 12 hours, including lectures, skills sessions, and simulations. Participants must be at least 13 years old, and minors should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The class will be held at the Gainesville Police Department, located at 545 NW 8th Ave. Please park in the south lot, which is available to everyone after 5 PM.
