GPD Policies and Procedures
The Gainesville Police Department’s General Orders cover a variety of topics, policies, and procedures. GPD is constantly reviewing and updating general orders to ensure we are employing the most up to date procedures for our personnel to use. As you review these policies, you may see text that is in red font. This signifies the section of the order that was most recently updated so that our personnel can quickly identify the changes in the policy.
